Trade papers

If you need a replacement of your original trade paper, you can apply for a replacement certificate of completion through the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA).

If you completed your apprenticeship and relevant qualification before 1 July 2021, you can apply to receive a trade paper through the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA).

For apprenticeships completed on or after 1 July 2021, newly qualified eligible apprentices will automatically receive a trade paper in the mail – see Receiving a trade paper.
